I have a goal of 60 lbs to lose. I do exercise, I ride my horses, walk, etc.. and according to my doctor, I'm in great shape (other than my extra weight).
I'd like to try Alli, feel I'd be successful at it but before doing so, I really wanted to know if anyone else has experience using it?
Any insight, words of wisdom, advice, warnings, etc would be greatly appreciated.
I'm mostly looking to find out if you used it, if you were successful, and if so, what was your diet? You shouldn't exceed 15 grams of fat a day on it and I'm thinking that's not a lot so it's going to be difficult...
i think it's better to just go on clean eating diet (no pill required lol). it's better to watch what u eat and exercise than to put all ur faith into a diet pill. i mean ya, diet pills work..but once ur off the pill, you'll pack on more pounds faster actually cuz your body got used to being on it.
Just go on a low fat diet. It will do the same thing. If you eat fat on that pill you are going to liquid poo it out.
I have heard that the boxes now come with a diaper or "pad" in them because of this problem. (I haven't seen this personally, but my coworker swears she got one with hers).

I'm here to tell you that they don't work. Period. I've tried them all (prescription and not) and haven't lost anything.

Try Weight Watchers. It has helped me lose 45 lbs. of baby weight. I thought about Alli too until the pharmacist directed me to the Depends in the event of an accident.
I would rather wear a shock collar than BM on myself in public after I put the wrong thing in my mouth.
