Has anyone tried No-Xplode or any other nitric oxide supplement and would care to comment on their effects?

Side effects?

Any research out there as to the long-term consequences/downsides?

Thanks.

From what I hear It gives you awesome pumps[ only if you have muscles to pump and will not build the muscle for you] at the cost of severe headaches, diarrea, and high blood pressure. If you try it I would cycle it ..no it will not kill you, if you use as directed or see a Dr. first.I was thinking of trying it myself, alot of my peers like it ! But I am all natural except whey and big time multi's.

I was just researching that myself but opted for the creatine mono instead. I read a few "don't bother" threads and knew that the creatine mono has helped me in the past, so I didn't want to take any chances.

I was, however, thinking of taking both at the same time to give me some energy because that is what tempted me to try it in the first place. The regular creatine isn't really doing that for me. As a creatine supplement, I don't think the NO-xplode is enough.

Is that even a creatine supplement? Now I'm getting confused. lol I know it showed up in my searches for "creatine". Please let us know how things go if you try it.

I think there is a few days worth of laoding that goes with this stuff. You need the total amount to be in your system to get the full effect. Again, I'm thinking 'creatine'. I may be way off here.

Is the rest of your diet OK? Maybe that's where you need a change. good luck. Let us know what happens after a week or so.

I've taken it off and on for the last year. All of this stuff has creatine as an ingredient so be careful if you are taking both at the same time as you will gain a good amount of water weight.

NO-Xplode is the only supplement that I've ever fealt anything off of. I can definitely tell a difference when taking it before my workout. Pumps, blood flow, etc.. Wasn't stronger or anything like that just increased my endurance a little.

It can lower your blood pressure to dangerous levels.

If that's not enough to stop you then by all means do a little more research before deciding to take it.

I've tried both superpump 250 and just recently NOxplode. They seem to be as advertised as far as energy, strength & endurance gains. I noticed it right from the 1st use. The NOxplode I believe has way more caffeine or something in it. It gives me similar strength & endurance as the superpump but the effects seem to last longer. As in it's difficult to fall asleep 5 hours later.

So yes it's helped give me a good boost for better workouts. But it's also hard to single it out combined with hitting it hard and more so proper nutrition. For me it's something that I believe will help get me to some muscle weight goals. From there i'm not sure i'd continue to take it over the long run.

I'm curious to learn more about this. Any data you have to pass along?

honestly, you may get some very minimal benefits from supplements like l-arginine, i suggest you save your money unless you're rich, buy some whey protein or something instead.
