Wii Fit is a good alternative for those who don't like spending hours inside the gym, and it's very enjoying too..

I got an early Christmas present..........Wii Fit. I've been using it now for a week and I LOVE IT! I don't like going to the gym and now that it gets dark early I don't even walk that much.
What a workout this thing is giving me and it's really fun to trying all the different exercises. The only thing is she said I gained 2 lbs. How can that be

We have been Wii Fitin for over a month now and love it. Although some times I wish we could skip through some of the jabbering that the system does and makes you wait through so you can get to the exercising. Other then that it gives a good and fun exercise...

Does wii fit track your weight? I don't think I want my husband stumbling upon that number... I don't like going to a gym and I need something in addition to the treadmill. I may give this a shot.

You can always password protect your BMI and weight.

Yes it tracks everything but you could password protect it. It's my DH console but he bought me the wii fit (maybe he's trying to tell me something) My opinion........he needs it way more than me
I don't sit there for hours playing guitar hero
