This is for guys who don't normally exercise on a regular basis. There was a time when some men performed these exercises daily first thing in the morning. It might be a good idea to go back to these basics. They are push-ups, sit-ups, deep knee bends (squats), jumping jacks, and walking/jogging. I've recently restarted these exercises. I don't push myself to strain to do extra reps but I do try to gradually increase the number of reps over time. I do feel a difference in my body with even this little bit of morning exercise.
