Default Would anyone be interested in a daily exercise thread?

I post a daily exercise thread on a different board.
It would be no problem for me to post here also.
We have found it is a good motivation knowing that you have to post that you did your work-out.
Allot of folks have said it is very helpful in keeping them inspired to do their exercises.

Let me know

Karla

Yes, I would like that and would be helpful for me. I really like Leslie Sanson'es walking tapes during the week when I have to work, but sometimes hard to get going early in the am!

I love the leslie sansones DVD's

I walk 4 miles every morning at 6:15 with my 83 yr old neighbor and my 2 yr old puppy.
I find that knowing I have to meet Lou and start the exercise thread is a great motivator

If we get a good response I will start this Monday.
