i joined our local roller derby team about 4 months ago something ive wanted to do for 8 years now .. I gotta tell you.. my legs are like ROCKS.. my thighs (except for the dreaded inner thigh area) are like 2X4s my question is this what WHAT can i do about this inner thigh area? besides lipo?
and ladies/.. if any of you in the area of N NJ are intersted in becoming a derby doll get in touch with me!!. The sport is fast becoming popular again and its a killer workout.. we even do yoga .. on roller skates!!.. we are a WFTDA associated team meaning this is a flat track derby league and those video clips you see from the 70's on youtube are hardly indicative of modern derby!! its soooo much fun .. and there is a nice mix of girls our oldest girl is 60 years old thats right! 60 and shes awesome.. our biggest girl is about 250 lbs this is a sport for all people but you HAVE to be in decent shape to keep up.. being big is NOT a detriment big and FAST is even bettter..
and yes you can wear fishnet stockings
