Holy Cow! I incorporated HIIT exercises in my workouts and I was wiped out! But it was so much fun too! I feel like an athlete in training! I tried this on my elliptical an dit was a way better workout as opposed to my regular pace that I normally do. I have sweated that much in a very long time. I also checked out some you tube videos of those who show some HIIT exercises and I did a few of them also and those wiped me out. I'm definitely incorporating these exercises in my weekly workouts now. If you have never tried any of these, just try it once, it's awesome! And HIIT training can be done with whatever equipment you use or certain exercises you enjoy doing or you can even be creative with them. Guaranteed though, you will get a workout. I love it!

Its the best and most efficient way to do cardio and burn fat. I like to do it for the last mile or half mile on my daily 5k runs. I am usually just wiped out at the end.

I do it right outside my house. there is about a half mile of road with light poles which are evenly spaced out. I'll warm up, then sprint and jog from light pole to light pole; turning around at the end of the half mile road. I just do it till I get tired.
