Well, this thread has turned into the joke I thought it would become.
Denny, it was pretty clear to me with your first post that you weren't looking for a legitimate discussion about this, and my suspicions have been confirmed. You had already made your mind up that you weren't going to take the post workout shakes and you were just looking for people to agree with you. As of right now six people have advised you to continue the post workout shakes and that includes DaBeez, TrainerJ and myself, all of whom have substantial background in this type of thing. Conversely, no one has agreed with your idea of skipping the post workout shake.
Doesn't that tell you something?
I'll leave you to your own devices now and wish you the best of luck. I encourage you to post a current pic and then another pic when you reach your goals, although I'm not holding my breath because you're probably just going to keep spinning your wheels in this diet.
