You may have seen this.

Gauntlet is just a techie term for it. It can get intense if you spend more than 20 minutes on here with the right intensity of the programs.

Today's playlist while on the treadmill

Dixie Chicks: Goodbye Earl
Landslide
Long Time Gone
Wide Open Spaces
Not Ready to Make Nice
Katy Perry: I Kissed A Girl
Use Your Love
Dixie Chicks Not Ready to Make Nice (I did an encore of that one at the end of the workout)

Today's workout experience was quite an experience to say the least! Should see if there is more appropriate thread already open for that.

I haven't exactly tailored mine for working out, I just listen to whatever happens to be on there. Right now, thats:

Red Hot Chili Peppers: BSSM, Hump-de-bump, Can't stop, Snow, Give it Away, Road Trippin
Johnny Cash & June Carter Cash: I'm going to Jackson
Johnny Cash: Folsom Prison Blues
Weezer: Beverly Hills
Joan Jett: I Love Rock & Roll (on there thanks to my six year old!)
South Park Mexican: various, about 10 songs (Mexican Radio, Habitual Criminal, Broadway, etc)
Staind: Outside
Dion: Ruby Baby
Roy Orbison: In Dreams
Buckcherry: Crazy B*%ch
Tracey Chapman: Fast Car
Randy Travis: Forever & Ever, Amen & Diggin' Up Bones
Flogging Molly: Queen Anne's Revenge & Drunken Lullabies
D.R.I.: I'd Rather be Sleeping
Suicidal Tendencies: Won't Fall in Love Today, You Can't Bring me down

Yes, my musical tastes are slightly schizophrenic!

Sounds a little weird, but Kraftwerk. Almost all of their songs are the right bpm for getting locked into a groove, and they all have unwavering, steady beats.

M'telling ya.
