Default Do you find your body craves extra water with fat cutting?

I think I need to drink more water when I do any zig zagging or after I have just lost some weight. Like I need to flush out whatever is in my body. Otherwise I feel laggy or tired. Is it the acid bulid up or what?

I am fine if I eat a ton of dark green veggies but hey...human me does not always follow the rules of perfection.
