All I can tell you is that I have seen many skinny people who are so out of shape it's pathetic. Being thin has NOTHING to do with being in shape. Being in shape means having strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, stamina and endurance. I have seen chubby people BLOW away thin people in obstacle courses.
