I have done that and still working on it. After 40 things just don't go back to the way they were, especially for women. So you are saying there is no exercise that can make your stomach flat or at least help in that area?
Exercise will make you stomach flat, having a strong core, makes exercise easier. I'm not sure what kind of problems you are having with your torso area, but too remove body fat from you stomach, you need to lower you overall body fat. You won't find someone with cut abs, and flabby arms.
How would know? Have you tried the Ab Lounger? The Ab Lounger works for me...
I've tried it and it does hit your ab muscles, but not all of them. No burn what so ever in the obliques, none in the lower ab region and none in the back. Its not a bad thing to do when coupled with a well rounded fitness program.

Well, a lot of cardio can help you with your stomach and waistline, that's for sure.
But if you really want a really flat, flat belly then do lots of Pilates and Yoga (at least 4-5 times a week for 1 hour or so). And don't eat fatty foods, salty foods, or sugary foods (these kind of foods put the pudge in the belly).
Again, that will do nothing specifically for a flat stomach. And it won't do much in the way of calorie burn either. Don't waste your money.
You're bang on target.
It's cardio, cardio and cardio, people. That's sweat, sweat and sweat
One can never dissolve belly fat by crunching or any other youtube vid magic.
It's persistent cardio for as long as it takes, and controlled fat intake, if people like tasty foods.
Ask the dude who shed 95 pounds and is still losing how he did it!
When I see overweight people doing weights and dumb-bells, I just chuckle unto myself. A dude's not perfect until he gets the most perfect, ZERO fat torso.

It's a well-documented piece of junk. Sorry...no offense meant, but it's practically useless. You can get a far better workout without spending a cent.
