I'm a bit busy during the week. But on the weekends I try to ride a bit, taken a liking to it. I think I got 30 miles in about 2 hours, but I've never measured out the place I ride.

I am on a forced break right now from a bike injury, but until the accident I was doing over 100 miles a week. Our longer rides were between 35 and 40 miles and we ride trails at 12 to 15 MPH. I was riding some on paved green ways with a road bike, but think after the accident I will stick to trails only.

As the heavy riding season winds down, and I have to start breaking out the winter riding gear, my mileage will probably settle around 100 miles a week.
