Default Nike Plus website - Running Coach

I was downloading my weekly runs into the Nike+ website this morning and for the first time noticed that they have a really cool automated Coach/Training program to help runner.

If you are new to running, or want to train to run a mile, 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon, this part of the site is GREAT in that they have a specific training program on how far you should run, what days to rest, etc. to plan for your event or your goal. I cant believe that I never seen it before. Its fantastic.

Has anyone used this or are currently following one of the programs there?

I plan on following the 5k program to see if it would help me improve my 5k time.

I have heard it is a really cool program to follow if one is looking for some structure and guidance on their running goals.

For me, my schedule is too crazy and changes literally week to week, so I just lift weights and run when I get the chance.

I working on my 5k time right now as I just started running seriously again a few weeks ago.
