Huge Blister on toe and need to run
Any suggestions? I have a huge blister on my big toe (inbetween the big toe and the one next to it) and have a long run scheduled tomorrow. Any suggestions what I can do to stop it from getting worse?

Molefoam. Cute a little hole out of the center of the molefoam to go around the blister and stick it over the blister. That way your neighboring toe will rub the molefoam instead of the blister. That is what I do when backpacking, when you really don't have a choice, you have to keep walking.

Yep..that is what we used backpacking..
We called it moleskin..
We used to put it on when we first felt any rub to prevent a blister.

I use petroleum jelly and proper running shoes and socks when I go for a long run to avoid or relive blisters.

Yeah, molefoam is just a thicker, cushier version of moleskin.

I think it is at walmart and drug stores in the foot care section.

I second the mole foam suggestions - it is the best. The other thing to add is some Glide on the exposed part of the blister that is showing through the mole foam ring. Glide works much better than Vaseline and doesn't leave grease marks on fabric (not a problem for sock, but a big problem for expensive technical running shirts) If I'm running more than 6 miles, I use Glide on any body part that might rub on any other body part!

Um, I used to pop the blister and superglue it shut...but that's just me.
Superglue takes a while to shed from the skin and the blister is healed by the time it's gone.

Not sure if this would work with running though but...FYI.
