If I'm not exercising regularly, my normal body fat is about 18% and my weight is about 122-125#. If I am exercising regularly, it's about 16% and my weight is somewhere around 130#, but I don't keep close track of weight.
I do cardio a couple times a week for 30-ish minutes. I do non-cardio three times a week, and I take two days off.
following a website i got 20% body fat. 1st time ive ever checked so im not sure if i did it right. i exercise 6 times a week, 5 of those times being cardio for 45min (running) to 2 hours (biking)
i checked and 20% is acceptable my goal is to get to 190 by december for florida
hmm checked another website and it said i had 17% body fat
My normal weight flux is determined by how often I cut or bulk. Im usually between 178 and 190 pounds. Currently, Im 176 as I recently finished cutting.
My cardio varies from day to day. Some days I'll do zero cardio, other days I'll run 5k, then do jump rope, then later do 3-5 hours of martial arts practice. It really varies. This past Saturday and Sunday I ran 5k in the early mornings and did 4.5 hours of martial arts on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday. Cardio is definitely a great byproduct of training in the martial arts.
I dont know my actual body fat % but right now (after cut) its pretty good as I very good definition in my abs and obliques with the "V". I need to get some body fat calipers since they are the most accurate way of measuring body fat % (other than water displacement test). The electronic scales are waaaaaay off when measuring body fat.
Normally, I hover around 135-145 with fairly regular exercise (but not every day) and my normal decent diet. Over the summer, my weight spiked to the highest it's ever been, which was 155 (surprisingly, it pretty much all went to my butt...so visually I looked OK, but I felt awful). Now that I've began running basically every day, I'm around 135 yet I can tell that my body fat is at the lowest I think it's ever been. I'm actually thinking that if I continue this, I'm going to get down to probably around 125--a weight I haven't been since high school!
I don't know my body fat percentage, it was measured once at around 15% last year.
I am around 113-114 lbs and 5'3". My weight fluctuates from 113-115 and thats about it.
I lift more weights than do cardio. I used to do lots of cardio however I found that it was difficult to build muscle that way. I would say I do 2 days a week of cardio, then 4 days weights (on weight days I warm up my running a mile).

No, there are many that actually do monitor body FAT. The problem is they don't seem to be consistent between brands, so they are really best for relative measures...to see your changes. For that purpose, they are just fine.
What is your window of normal weight flux?
How much cardio do you do? ( time and times/wk )
Do you check your body fat too?
My normal weight range is between 164-169 pounds.
I do cardio twice a week, on average for about 30 minutes if its running but if I'm hiking it could go on for a couple hours.
My body fat is around 12% but varies if I'm trying to add muscle or tone fat. My BMI is 22.5 and I have a small body frame. I'm a pisces and my favorite color is blue. I enjoy long walks on the beach, german chocolate, and whispering sweet nothings into my partner's ears.
