My top 5 side affects after I work out:
1. Not hungry (I have a more suppressed appetite and I don't eat as much during the day after either).
2. Sex drive is stronger (yes, it's true! You do get "hornier" after a good workout! HEhehe!!)
3. Clothes fit and feel better too (like a more looser fit).
4. More energy (I definitely feel like doing more things during the day).
5. Better sleep (I sleep so much better and longer after a great workout).

Great! When did you get back into running again? Are you pretty sore now? Don't worry and don't give up. I love running/jogging too. You'll be a little sore for a while, but your body will get back into again, no problem.

I guess I have an addendum to mine, too. Not only do I feel better, I look better and people notice. That feels wonderful!
Ladybug, that's awesome! I want to start running, but I am not there yet! You are inspiring me to get on top of that.

I was pretty sore, but I enjoyed it! I have been working out for several years now, but never could relly run, now it feels different! Maybe some day I will run a marathon! Thank you guys!

Ok..I have to add one...I think I boosted my immune system. I did not get sick when the s.o. was even when I was exposed to it. And it was a catchy one as it made the circle of friends/co-workers except for me and some guy that used to be in the military and still is in shape.
