1--increased confidence
2--feel better/look better
3--It clears my mind: I get some of my best ideas while jogging or during cool down afterwards.
4--I can eat whatever I want, guilt-free, and not gain weight since I'll burn it off in the gym tomorrow!
5--I sleep better.

2. More physical energy and better mental acuity and mental sharpness.
3. Extreme self confidence. Feel better about everything else in life.
4. I feel so alive!! Physical fitness helps me enjoy and do all that I want to in life.
5. I feel like Im investing and securing my future and health while also setting a great example for my family.

I don't have 5...sorry.
1. less bloating
2. better sleeping
I get a bit of energy, but nothing to write home about. It does not really change the way I feel mentally though at all.

Oh, an addendum to #1 - You also have a lot more people WANTING to have sex with you as well.
