The underlined part means you are working out hard, which is usually the way to go. However you may need to mix the way you exercise a bit to make it fit your purpose...

The thick marked text is telling me that you are eating too few times/day. Eating very few times is not a good thing, and does nothing but tell your body to slow the metabolism down to conserve energy. Make smaller meals and eat more often. If you are eating close to no carbs at all his may cause a slow metabolism.Your body needs a few carbs to be able to burn off fat...

Default Something that works for me

There is no magic weight loss pill. I use a system where I do a high intensity workout for 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. Very doable. And instead of a weight loss diet, I eat nutrient rich foods that I like. I started feeling the effects within the first week. Good common sense and a focus on creating a healthy lifestyle goes a long way. They offer a free ebook you can check out to see if the program makes sense to you - Permanent Weight Loss (http://simplefatburningsystem.com/7secrets.html - broken link)

Default Best way to lose weight...

Hi Blan,

The best way is to commit to a diet plan, do exercises that you want to do and stay committed. Pills and gimmicks are complete jokes. I am a health wellness & fitness coach, and I have helped many people get back into shape.

-Custom Diet Plan
-Exercises that you enjoy, yet are effective
-Findind an exercise partner
-Maybe a GYM membership
-Plan, Commit & Follow Through!

I walk and run outside most of the time and try to find some exercise videos on YouTube that I can do inside that work specific areas. The only downside, as mentioned by some people already, is that weather is a bi*** I don't know what I'll do when the weather is bad - probably just find more workout videos to try. I just recently started exercising so I haven't encountered bad weather yet, but it's supposed to snow here in the next couple of days so we'll see what happens.

I really respect people that I see outside running/biking/etc in the rain or snow That takes dedication!
