I know this is an old thread, but since others have posted

I feel horrible if I miss the gym. I also feel horrible after eating a large meal...such as for Thanksgiving....even to the point of doing a quick workout afterward LOL
After going to the gym I usually feel energized and excited, so I guess I'm addicted to working out!

Talking addiction

I WAS addicted to the gym about 3 years ago.

I lost 30lbs.

THEN...... I thought I could slack off a little, eat a little more and whatever I wanted.

Well.... I'm embarrassed to say that I gained about 35lbs back.

Its been about 6 months since I put my mind to it and I'm doing a whole lot better. I'm in the gym at least 5 days a week doing from 45minutes to an hour of cardio and a little toning. Mostly concentrating on the cardio.

My diet is back on track....

Exercising is one addiction I don't mind....

I was always addicted to exercise, never have been a couch potatoe. I developed diabetes as a young guy, and exercise has always been such a big help in helping to manage it. It didn't help me much in not developing the disease, my genetics were against me on that one, but exercise and living right keeps me going. I cannot imagine not being able to exercise daily.

Exercise is addicting. I feel sluggish if I miss it. I do it 6 to 7 days a week...30 minutes on cardio, 15 minutes free weights, and 15 minutes abdominal/trunk exercises.
