Default How much time apart between meals?

The time between meals, how much time apart is it suppose to be? is it 4 hours? I am 25 male, 135lbs, 5'8.5

I think that probably varies a lot from person to person. I eat every three hours or so, because low blood sugar does bad things to me.

Since the human body was designed as a hunter/gather food should be eating on a somewhat steady stream of about every 4 hrs. The 3 squaremeals a day is often all wrong and to much food at one time to be healthy for the body.

i eat 20 grams of protein every 2 aka 20 every 2

Depends on the total calorie intake of the meal and what your fitness or health objectives are.

I eat every 3 hours, but only because I get hungry every 3 hours. My meals are small enough where I start to get hungry after that much time has passed.
