Anyone practice Yoga here? I have read that it's helpful for people w/ cerebral palsy, & I want to learn about it to help my toddler son w/ spastic diplegia.

All I know about it are from what I read in Jess Stern's Yoga,Youth & Reincarnation

Sorry to hear about your child with spastic diplegia. Anything that improves one's balance and flexibility is beneficial. We hear of old people falling and breaking their bones all the times. I bet the lack of balance, flexibility and leg strength contribute to that. I just read here that yoga and stretching exercises are part of the treatment for your child's condition.
