Do you like the rear end styling of the Panamera? I find them hidious because of the rear, but the turbo s one just flys.

Somewhat, I would probably just get the Cayenne.

If you want to know about Cayenne, McKinnyownr has one and knows a lot about higher end cars, hopefully he'll comment.

Panamera = Porsche for middle aged guys who wanted a 911 or Cayman but were told they have to get something practical to cart around the kids. It looks utterly horrid.

If I were in the market for a kid-toting Porsche, the Cayenne at least doesn't make one feel physically ill at the sight of it and doesn't immediately invoke pity for the whipped male behind the wheel.

If you don't need the size of a Cayenne, look at the Macan. The Panamera is a better car than the Ghibli, but I think that Panamera's cousin, the RS7, is a better looking performance four-door hatch. However, if you want a mid-size sedan, the M5 is a good consideration.

Then why spend extra to get a european high-performance car? If you are not passionate about cars, then a Honda Accord fits the bill.

Especially with VA draconian speeding laws.
