New shopping mall complex with inside town homes & condo units court yards. 24 hour food court and grocery market. Names of the streets from Hollywood movies & television shows. North Gustavus can be a town city that holds the warehouse complexes studio buildings. About 35 mile main strip road. Circus Circus from Vegas can build a new hotel complex with amusement theme park inside a dome. Sports complex dome can also be built and set up for Major League Baseball. West Gustavus can be a town made up of luxury estates homes.

I here the princess train Alaska Railroad is not going to take Princess passangers to Fairbanks from Denali. They are going to bus them. Starting next year Summer.

Seems like I heard that too... It must not be cost efficient for them to take 'em up by train. And it takes longer than driving. So it make sense.
