I've been home-roasting coffee for the past couple of years, but now that I moved up to Fairbanks, I don't have anywhere to do so. Call me a wuss, but it's just too cold to do it outdoors, and I don't have a garage (my apartment WAS the garage).

Any home-roasters who might have room for me, once every two months?

Alternatively, anyone know of somewhere that I might find space for roasting?

I'm talking about small quantities (half-pound, each, in two-three 2/3-cup batches) of seven or eight different green coffee beans, roasted in a West Bend "Poppery II" popcorn-popper.
