My husband and I moved here from St Cloud MN to find employment..we both have found employment but we are still needing to work on our credit..We are looking to rent a house, town home or apartment that is not so focused on credit and does not do credit checks. Could someone help us we have kids but they are not living with us and we have no animals..It just us and we are truly trying to fix our credit.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

Another poster who was in a similar situation found what she was looking for with
RKAK Property Management . Goldmark is a large company that manages a lot of large complexes--but has an absolutely lousy reputation and does do credit checks.

I wish they would go by rental references rather than credit. I plan on moving up next Spring/Summer and will be in same position. Plus I have a dog that I just can't part with....she's my special tornado survivor and she must come with us. Would be interested to know how things turn out for you. Good Luck!
