I much prefer the name Moosehead to Moorhead. Does anyone else feel the same way?

No, keep the name.

There was a story awhile ago about some tweaking naked woman walking into a drug store or something.

Think about the kind of chuckles similarly themed stories would create when the audience finds out the town's name is Moorhead.
