I like the Chipotle 'food with integrity' mantra! It's almost TOO good for Fargo ; ) The best (real) Mexican food in Fargo can be found at Acapulco. The place was started by a family that moved here, from Mexico. 100% authentic Mexican food and best of all...they make the chips and salsa FRESH, on site! Paradiso and Mexican Village are nasty, 'Americanized' garbage. Any (so called) Mexican restaurant the serves bagged chips should be shuttered, immediately!

Default Bagged Chips

Chipolte sells bagged chips and they are good. They come with several dips to choose.

Originally from denver and have been eating chipotle for years, some years literally ate it every day. Might end up in Fargo and would love to see one there.

Its not really aiming at being authentic mexican food, much like panda express is not trying hard to be authentic chinese. However for the price, the quality of food(and the fact its fast food) can not be beat by any fast food chain out there.

I do think there may be hope as chipotles are known to pop up near college campuses because it is often popular with college age students.
