I've been to Harvey there's nothing to see and nothing to do. You do have the outdoors stuff close by, but that's about it.

Harvey sits on the rolling prairie with lots of small lakes nearby....great area for hunting deer, pheasants, water fowl. Small town, we know a good friend whose neice is in Harvey and while I havent been there she has. There a couple of restaurants, Subway, Pizza Ranch, couple mom/pop places/lounges. Small bowling alley inside JW's Restaurant/lounge. Supervalue for grocery store....no Walmart or any chain stores. Most people shop in Minot which is an hour or so up Hwy 52. It is a small town, quiet, not in the oil fields.... but Hwy 52 can be a busy road at times.

My experience is that housing in those small towns is that housing is very hard to come by unless you buy. Usually very few rentals. In small towns, best to contact a local realtor (even though you are not buying) as any rentals are often never posted anywhere and things are word of mouth....

Here is one -- (I have no affiliation with them but I see they are right in Harvey and would know more that anyone of any rentals). But again it may be real hard....
