I was going to suggest, why not move to Minot? Reading many of the North Dakota posts, plus NDJobs, there are truck driving jobs out here around Minot. But, I have to say, I was rather confused about wanting your own space???? I think people on this fourm could be more helpful if people arn't so cryptic...lol Just a suggestion.
Good luck on your move!

I didn't feel I was being cryptic. I simply like my own space. I am not from a tight knit family. We all love each other and enjoy each others company once in a while. But we get along much better if we don't live right next to each other. So my brother being in Minot and me being in Fargo is just the right distance. Even when all my family lived in the same town we lived about an hour apart from each other and only got together every few months.

And yes I am sure there are truck driving jobs in the other areas. However my husband doesn't go through Minot that often. He goes through Fargo and Grand Forks pretty much every week. So I would get to see him a lot more often than I do now if we lived in Fargo.

I asked about housing rentals in Fargo because my husband and I already discussed the different town options and decided Fargo was best for us. It works out well for his job and if he decides to look for a job based close to home Fargo has a lot of options. Plus it will be nice to get back to a bigger city. Currently we live in a small town with a population that might reach 7000 on a good day. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas which is huge! And while Fargo is no where near the size of San Antonio it will be nice to live in a bigger city that at least has a bookstore and some place to buy clothes other than walmart.
