Brushing with whitening toothpaste makes your teeth disintegrate? (fashion, brands, beauty)

What am I suppose to brush with? went grocery shopping earlier and all the toothpaste brands has whitening.

I think you're mistaking three day whitening packs with toothpastes that help repel stains.

Toothpaste, even the "whitening" kind, will NOT disintegrate your teeth!

That's just a link to what a poster said it "may" do. Most teeth whiteners (toothpastes) have a dental safe abrasive in them to "polish" the teeth. There would be lawsuits flying all over the place if they were disintegrating people's teeth. Harsh brushing and too much brushing can disintegrate your gums and that's really bad if you want to keep your teeth.

If you have concerns, why don't you ask your Dentist to suggest a toothpaste at your next checkup/exam.

I use that 3D Whitening stuff, both the toothpaste and the mouthwash.
