Socks with sandals are just plain gross.

If you wear socks with sandals, you must want your feet totally covered.........so why don't you just wear regular shoes?

To me, wearing socks with sandals defeats the purpose of sandals.........to be open to the air.

I think socks with sandals looks horrible. If you like the look, don't forget the bermudas!

I thought it was a hippy trend? When I moved to Flagstaff, AZ one of the first things I noticed was all so many people, young and old alike, wore hiking socks and even those polarfleece socks with Birkenstocks and Tevas. Since the town is so hippy-ish I assumed it was old hippy fashion.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but something else I think is nasty is men wearing knee socks with shorts at the gym. Combine that with super hairy legs and its disgusting. Low-cut and no-show socks with shorts people!!
