Pantyhose make a good set of legs look great! Remember, 85 percent of all women who try the bare leg look, FAIL!!!!
Shimmery hosiery is tacky-tacky-tacky on anybody who's not in cheerleading, danceline, or show choir.

I hadn't bought any really nice (expensive) pantyhose in quite a few years, but I had the occasion to go to a somewhat formal event, so felt I needed a good pair of very sheer pantyhose.

They were not uncomfortable at all and my shoes fit so much better . . . and it seemed to feel good on my calves to have a little something while standing on my feet for so long.

Several women asked me what type of hose I had on - and said they really really liked them and had forgotten how sleek they make our legs look.

I will definitely be buying more . . . should never have stopped wearing them for formal events and business related meetings. They really do make one look more pulled together, especially if you are over 40 - in my opinion.

For most daily stuff - no need for them . . . capris and jeans don't require pantyhose, lol!!!

Regretfully, woman have opted out of wearing hosiery for the most part; unfortunately, no one seems to have the guts to tell MOST woman that they do not have the type of legs that look better without hose. If comfort is the only criteria, freedom of choice wins; but if fashion and appearance are important, then PLEASE wear hose. It looks sexy and is by far more attractive for most women (girlfriends, please tell your friends the truth - flab, veins, splotches and bad skin dye jobs do not look good!).

Men love nylons. Believe me. Hint that they are not pantyhose, though. They go nuts thinking you are wearing thigh highs, which I absolutely DO wear. With a seam up the back. Hot!

I think that it's only the style of "hosen" we choose to wear has changed. I don't wear sheer hose at all anymore, but I definitely wear opaque black nylons, or wool or cotton tights that are opaque. I also have footless black stockings which I wear when I actually feel some shame about the shortness of my dresses. I am addicted to the minidress.

I rather see outdated panty hose vs the cellulite thighs I see on girls when they choose to wear short shirts.
