I usually like her attire but not this outfit. Looks so off.

I think in instances where traditions call for modesty and head covering, wear a ankle length cocktail suit with the scarf. Or like those Vietnamese outfits with the long shirt and bell bottomish pants, or even like a Samoan puletasi dress(which is somewhat form fitting yet still very modest).

Also, I know she's been to a black church to see how women can still dress up and still cover up modestly!
