Big obnoxious red nails are hideous and red lipstick makes you look like a clown.

10 years from now candy-apple lipstick will be in style, and you'll be begging us all to wear it again.

i love red nail polish. red lipstick isnt for everyone, but it looks good on some women...i dont see what the issue with the nail polish is though. i can understand giant, fake, red nails being kinda icky...cause some women get them done disgustingly long...but i do my own nails, with no acrylic...they're not that long and the red looks good on them.

I actually really like a vivid red, but on short, natural nails, only. I generally think that bright colors look best on short nails. Big painted talons are a touch drag-queeny.

Short clean nails in red are classy.

Red lipstick to match (orange, blue, or true) skin tone and/or occasion can be classy, as well. I personally love both (love the pin-up, retro/vintage style)

Trash cans across the country are clinking with the sound of lipsticks and polish bottles!!

Its kind of a retro look, and not in the least natural, so I am not surprised that some men are not attracted to the look.

Katie Perry and Megan Fox can pull it off, but its not good on lots of others.

I don't care for the bright lipstick either. I don't like the here-comes-some-lips-with-a-face-behind-them look.

Same here. Can't stand the big, red, clownish Lucy Ricardo lipsticked lips.
