I hate wearing high heels or high boots, for a couple reasons. I have scoliosis and tend to lean to one side so I'm always putting pressure on my left foot, and I hate how long my toes are anyway so I like to cover them up. I have a couple pairs of 2" "heels" that are the highest I'll go.
However, I have friends who wear heels almost everywhere, and their feet are rather lovely. They take care of their feet and get pedicures, massages, etc. I have had corns and bunions on my feet and that's from not even wearing heels. LOL!! More power to the ladies that wear 'em, in my opinion.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, I wear makeup, have hair almost almost to my waist, and will be 49 Sunday!
