I love wearing 1940 clothing,
The other day my niece told me, gee Auntie you need a new wardrobe your clothes are too old fashioned, let me tell you that made me so happy, my niece recognized my style, by the way my niece is only 16,
I told my niece do you really think my clothes look vintage, she said yes
women tell me they like the way I dress
My niece thought it was funny I considered her insult on my wardrobe a compliment
Thank niece...

You must be teeny! I used to wear lots of vintage, most of it is pretty small!

I LOVE 40's clothes and shoes! Everything about the 40's look - the hair, the makeup - is classy!

Vintage clothes looks extraordinary with contemporary hairstyles.

When it becomes a theme then it tends to start looking like a costume and that is never a good thing for daily wear.
