I got some neat skinny black cargo jeans today and I like them. What do others think of them.

I think that cargos are on there way out. I have a pair of baggy black cargos that I wear occassionally, probably b/c they are so trendy and I'm not really the trendy type. That said, if you like them and rock them, then wear them. I just get the feeling that cargos are not something that I will still have in my closet in 5 years.

I love them. I found a skinny cargo black pair for $13.99 at ROSS one day. Tried them on, liked the way they fit, but put them back. I don't know why I put them back, I just did. I am mad now that I didn't get them.

I bought a pair in green at the Gap around Thanksgiving. I love them. Bought another pair in black at TJMaxx. They are a nice casual look if you don't feel like wearing denim.

I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon. I love the way they look with heels.

I just wish I could find a pair long enough for myself.

I don't really understand the whole "skinny + cargo" juxtaposition. By wearing slim-cut silhouette pants, you're intentionally not adding bulk, and cargo styling is pretty much by definition adding bulk. It's like a fitted muumuu or something. Kind of a contradiction in terms.

I've seen pictures on apparel sellers' websites (though not really anybody in life wearing them), and have to scratch my head. It's just an odd look. I can see either look, separately, as being okay, depending upon who's wearing it, but both trends together in the same piece are just odd, to me.
