Red Tie Dye Stretch Cami Top < Sexy Tops | Flirt Catalog

The chick modeling this looks like Lindsay Lohan, so yeah, it's trashy by association. (Actually I think it's fine as long as you aren't very busty, or you wear a strapless bra.)

Black Shirred Strapless Zip Front Corset with Stone Trim < Sexy Tops | Flirt Catalog

Definitely hooker-wear.

http://www.flirtcatalog.com/p-93198-checker-print-scrunch-front-bandeau-top.aspx?breakcolor=YELLOW%2fBLACK
(I would wear this with jeans, not shorts)

White Classic Halter Top < Sexy Tops | Flirt Catalog
(again, I'd wear this with jeans, not shorts)
The last two would be okay only with a shirt over them. They are no different than a bra. Why bother?

LOL! That third top is a joke right? I thought flirt catalog was all stripper outfits? I used to bartend at a strip club and we would order our uniforms from there.

I believe that when you go slutty you should go expensive-looking slutty, not cheap looking slutty.

Like maybe a thin ribbed sweater tank top from bcbg with no bra (if your **** can pull it off).

If you are in fantastic shape and young enough to show some skin, if you want to be envied and admired instead of looked down on, you have to make sure there is a certain quality/design to your clothes. The cheapness/obviousness is perhaps more of a problem that how much you are showing. Victoria's secret even has some sexy tops that are better made and are a few notches above those tops. If the fabris is thin and cheap, the style is too daisy duke(the check tube) or too hooker(the bustier w/studs), well you get the point.
Just tell yourself you can do better! Seek out better design and quality. Be hot not tacky!!
This... exactly.

I'm a woman, and yes we can be catty at times - I think we all know that, LOL! But if I see a gorgeous woman walking past in a nice but sexy outfit, I'll give her appropriate props (like a "dammmmm, she's hot!"). Now if I saw that same woman in a cheap-looking outfit, my reaction would be more along the lines of "I wonder how much she charges?"

You might say you don't care what others think, but we all care to some degree, and I personally wouldn't want to be viewed as cheap... not to mention, even if YOU don't care, other people will inevitably judge based on how you're dressed. Go sexy if you want, by all means, but do it in a classy & expensive-looking way! You don't even have to spend mega bucks, as there are affordable quality items out there - if you know where to look.

Amanda, I've seen your pics and I know you could do those tops justice, but I don't think they would do YOU justice. They do look flimsy and cheap, except maybe the first one. The others--that blonde model looks like an aging porn star, wearing the kind of clothes that porn stars wear. Don't dress like a porn star. I think a different catalog can keep the hot/sexy/fun vibe without wandering into porn star territory.

If they're questionable enough that you have to ask what an internet forum thinks.....they're WAY trashy.

I can't seem to pull up the link on my mother's computer, but I get the gist from the name of the co. and the others' comments. But I'll say this: I deal with this every summer as a church camp manager, and if there's one thing I've noticed, its that an outfit that looks fine on one girl is going to look trashy on another. It doesn't seem quite fair, but that's the way it is. We try to patrol the swimsuits, but all the girls have the same style and one looks slim and cool in hers and her friend is busting out all over. It's hard for me to say that one girl can wear that style and another girl can't wear the identical same style, so I made them all wear t-shirts over their swimsuits this past summer--guys too.

But I also agree with the others here--no matter how great this style will be for you, if you have to ask. . . and if the company is one that sells stripper uniforms. . . well you know the answer already. OTOH, if you don't mind getting a lot of attention of the lustful kind. . . then go for it and don't mind us.

In many places of employment, you CAN'T selectively apply dress code policy based on body type (although making an overall, "everyone must wear" [in your case, t-shirt coverups] rule would usually work). We ran into a problem at my workplace when one employee was told that her top violated dress code and was required to change, when another employee was allowed to wear the same top, due to a difference in their builds. In our case, when a male supervisor comes and tells you, basically, that your boobs are too big, and you'll need to change, that's a harassment lawsuit waiting to happen, and an overall HR nightmare. We came pretty close to getting standard-issue uniforms, after that.

But, I digress.

Absolutely... Could I pull off those tops? Probably... should I? Definitely not. I'm 6' tall and really busty so I'd just come off as a wannabe porn star. My best friend however, is tall and built like a 13 year old boy and she would look incredible in tops like that.

I was always told to pick one asset (legs, midriff, bust, arms etc.) and show that one off while covering the rest of yourself up. My favorite outfit is a really low cut black sweater and jeans. Sexy, but not overtly so
