Not really. We wear jeans, which were a men's garment first, but ours are cut more generously in the hips. Every once in a while you'll see a woman wearing actual men's jeans, with the superfluous fabric in the front ("crotch pocket") but that seems to be a trailer park phenomenon.
As for flannel shirts, there are scads of them designed for women, with contoured seams and buttoning right over left. Men's shirts button left over right. A few lesbians of my acquaintance will wear actual men's flannel shirts, or a straight woman will grab her husband's shirt out of the closet to go pick up the mail, but generally, we prefer flannels cut to us.
That's so pathetic. I can see the post next year, "Panties were originally a women's garment but are cut more generously in the crotch area for a man's package."

Goose meet gander. Or pot kettle black if you prefer. Oh, and men's silk shirts were originally designed for women until they gave them larger chest sizes and maybe reversed the buttons.

This is just so presumptuous of you that you made me laugh.

Sounds good to me. After thinking it over I might dance with a man (I'm a man) as long as he doesn't have designs on my package.

I was at Studio 1 (Hollywood) with some gay friends quite some time back, and I got asked to dance by several guys. I think I wish now I had accepted with one of them. I mean, if he was hot!

You guys. Dancing with a gay doesn't make you gay. I'm secure in my masculinity and my heterosexuality. It's insecure people who fear the gay.

Real men let their boys run loose in bed!

Well isn't it always the case that these old topics get drug up by a first poster, bill5959. Must have found it on the Internet, probably sniffing women's underwear.

I have not seen the term "panties" defined. If that means women's undergarments then so be it.

My underwear of choice is made by Jockey, and there are a few designer brands the same style. They are made by men and I believe they are called bikini style.

The main difference is that they do not have a ... egress hole? A place where a man can ... well you know when he has to urinate. Fly? ... Instead you just unzip and pull down your underwear for access to your boys.

Mine all tend towards the athletic look, I favor the greys, solid blues, I think they are all masculine solid colors. I get 'em at Walmart in the men's section.

So I don't think what I wear are technically "panties."

And who wears underwear in bed? My nighttime wear of choice is a XXL t-shirt and commando under. That's the most comfortable way to sleep, alone or with a woman.

If men are wearing frilly panties with ribbons then no I don't get that.

No, of course not. But why would you even want to if you aren't attracted to men? Maybe we are defining "dancing" a little differently. A waltz might draw some laughter but any type of modern bumping and grinding no way.

Oh, good Lord.

Panties, or undershorts. Does it matter what they're called?
What makes panties "panties" (briefs, high cut, or whatever) ...and undershorts, "undershorts" (whatever style briefs or boxers) Other than, designers have decided that one "style" is for men, and another "style" is for women.
As a matter of fact both men and women have an underwear style called "briefs."

They're all underwear, people. Wear what's comfortable for you.
