I have worn the same boots for the past two winters because the styles just keep getting uglier and uglier. WTH is up with a peep-toe boot?! I long for classic, simple and sexy styles again.

I, too, have never understood the "peep toe" boot idea. Must be from designers who have never lived in the cold???

A boot should be a boot, and a sandal should be a sandal. When it's warm out and I want my little piggies to breath, I sure as heck don't want them covered in a bunch of suede.

For the poster above, who longs for good classic boots, have you tried La Canadienne? They tend to be classic and pretty darn functional.

I don't understand the point of peep-toe boots. They're made for cold weather, why would I want my poor toes out there peeking out in the cold??
Actually, they're featured on the What's New For Spring page.
I remember wearing platform shoes, but mine were much prettier than the newer versions, I think.

I don't mind the colour, but I like different coloured shoes.

The design: nope, would not wear them

I don't see the point of women's shoes, apart from apparently looking 'fabulous.'

FUG.

Considering some of the ugly shoes out there , I think those are mid to average in the hideous stakes !

Those shoes are revolting and pointless.

While I agree I wouldn't wear most of those, it's a shame a few nice shoes are still on that page, simply because someone mentioned the word "ugliest" in reference to something else.

Mooseketeer, I do not understand those thong sandals with the ankle sock. Regular sandals with socks are bad enough!
