I voted "more attractive" based on the miracles I've seen it do to some men who aren't very attractive to begin with. Used to work with a guy who always wore baggy old jeans and plaid flannel shirts and ugly muddy steel-toed boots (field inspector). One day he came in wearing a jet-black suit with a royal-blue shirt (internal interview), and I was gobsmacked by the radical transformation! Even his eyes looked bluer than ever. Very weird, in a positive way.
But I've also seen guys who look better in less formal wear. Don't know why that is.
