Would mini skirt be acceptable for children's TV show?

Disney is very good at putting just the right amount of sex appeal in its products. It must be part of that special formula.
Back to the main topic, I think ( as a costume designer by training) a mini skirt can be fine for kid friendly venues. Stick to A- line and something longer than mid thigh. Opaque tights are a possibility. I think a cute A line mini is better than super tight jeans,cleavage or a tight t shirt. Minis can look rather innocent when done right, especially on the young and slender. I think riding boots and a whip has not been innocent since the 60's at Disneyland-might not want to do that!
