The ones I've worn are a bit thinner than the Air Optix I used to wear for my prescription. Larger, but thinner. And they're just as easy to put in and take out, imo.

Those are the biggest thickest contacts I have ever seen. Are all colored contacts like that? Mine are thinner and smaller. My eye Dr. told me to just slide the contact to the side of the outer edge of my eye lightly and it will come out. It works!

Not all colored contacts are like that. Those are called Circle Lenses. They're colored contacts that are designed to make your irises look larger. Which reminds me... I need to order some new ones.
