I'm sure they're selling Lady Gaga's costumes on ebay (since she can only wear them once, to stay fresh ya know). Probably like $10,000 each or something like that. Except maybe the meat one...I don't think anybody would want to wear that!

I work in a clean room. I don't really see the point of wearing much other than a pair of jeans and a t-shirt most of the time when for 40hrs a week I'm gowned up anyway. I live in Florida, so on my off days, it's a little difficult to dress fun when you can't layer. I'll wear stuff nobody else around here seems to really like (such as high-waisted shorts), but it's just less boring rather than being daring.

If I lived somewhere that didn't hit 95F for eight months out of the year, I'd probably have a lot more fun with my wardrobe.

I've never understood the appeal of blue jeans: they're uncomfortable in hot weather, heavily water absorbent and thus a bad choice for winter outdoor activity, and a pain in the ass to dry after washing. But on any given day 75% of the people at my informal IT shop will be wearing them. It might as well be a uniform.

I keep blue jeans and cargo shorts in single color in summer. But I have a lot of graphics shirts. They are cheap but look well, most athletic fit. Affliction, Aqua Vi and my personal favorite in quality/price RVCA.

People like to wear what's popular, and what's popular is boring. Since everybody else is also wearing it, it's just even more boring. I would love to learn how to make my own clothes, I could really get crazy with that.
