By the way I dress well and the ladies love it including pink, purple and even baby blue.

and if hes gay that affects you how? Did your employer cut your hours because of it? Did your landlord demand rent early? Did your spouse leave you? Were you audited by the IRS because this man might be gay? Did your car fall into a sinkhole because he might be gay? How has this man possibly being gay affected you?

No, I don't assume they're gay.

I know dressing well is a matter of personal taste, but you get my drift....

No I don't. I assume he can afford nice clothing and regularly goes places where people make a point to dress appropriately for the occasion.

I dress nicely sometimes and I'm lesbian so I break that stereotype. (Admittedly, I have my days where I perpetuate the stereotype as well.) I'm sure many people would be surprised to find out I'm lesbian on days when I'm wearing earrings and dress shoes. Dressed nicely doesn't mean rich either--you can get nice clothes second-hand or pass-me-downs from friends, which is what I did when I was job-searching but broke.

I am GAY. I've said it many times throughout CD. Try to inslult me another way. I do have ears that slightly stick out that have always bothered me, why don't you try pointing that out?.....

There's a lesbian stereotype?
I don't know -- when we moved out here to San Francisco (actually Oakland) I decided that putting people in "boxes" only limited me. It made me see people only as what the box said they were, and people are way too complicated than that.

My theory says that a guy who dresses well in a European style is either gay or a satyr. And in America they usually are satyrs. That could be fun if you're into it.

yes, it's very common here in Europe. More and more people, male or female, try to be well dressed at all times. A few years ago, it was mostly Italians who knew how to dress to impress but right now, it's the rule and not the exception, so that automatism of "stylish = gay" doesn't really apply, especially in Western Europe.
