You need to get busy then if you want to do fitness modeling. Sounds like you have a ways to go to get to where typical Fitness Models are in terms of fitness.
Theres a LOT more to it than just HIIT, protein, fruits and vegs.

As an aspiring Fitness Model, Im sure you can give lots of fantastic tips on workout routines, exercise, equipment, etc. And, as ALL aspiring and professional Fitness Models that I know, you would just LOVE to help others by giving your advice .
