Okay so I have a ten year high school reunion comming up. I have no fashion sense, tried to go shopping today but didn't have a clue.

Here's a suit I already have

Could I wear shoes like this with this suit?

Stacy Adams Royce Slip On Slip-On Dress Men's Shoes - DSW

Also, aside from the traditional light blue colored shirt could i wear either stripes or dress plaid pattern and if so what colors?

ALso, on a side note I really like the really slim fitting style suits. Anywhere I could pick something like that up for under $250?

Those shoes would go better with more casual slacks. You should wear darker brown or black shoes with that suit. Since the suit is pretty much solid, you can wear whatever pattern of shirt that you want. The shirt should have some blue in it, IMO. Other people might think differently. I wouldn't worry too much. That's a pretty nice suit.

As for getting suits, unless you get one that really on sale, you're going to get a substandard suit for under $250. You could try a place like Jos. A. Bank when they're running a sale or special.

Do you have a Men's Warehouse? You can get something fashionable there, and they have a tailor there who will tweek it.

The suit you have looks really nice. I agree with the other person who said you might want to get darker shoes...maybe some nice black shoes to wear with that suit.

The suit you have already is nice. The link for the shoes; too casual. Blue shirt would look attractive and the tie is entirely up to you as you can wear striped, plaid or any other design.

I'm sure you could find a slim-fitting suit for that price. Try; Mens Warehouse, Macys, Nordstorms, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales.......I'm not sure if you have all of these available, but I'm sure you'll look dapper for your reunion!

Enjoy!

You sure it's a suit occasion? My last one was business casual but that was in Southern California where things are usually less dressy.

It said cocktail attire so I'm assuming that means suit?

I'm kinda liking these alfani red suits. There's a sharksin one that I think looks pretty sharp and would definately differnet but wondering if it's a little too much, and also can you wear light colors in the fall? Like hte suit but thinking the charcoal or black may be a better choice
