Nancy, you're so evil. You should have picked up a 25 dollar handbag in target Becoz... spending 200 on a handbag is just mindless and stupid, according to several "sensible" people.
Anyway, I presented two people (one of whom is my mom) I love with all my heart with wonderful handbags.
One was a Dooney and Bourke, and the other one was a Guess. If I put a price tag on them now, some people will have tears of blood in their eyes and bums becoz it was such a stupid, insecure thing to do.
You can go to Marshalls or TJ MAX to buy Guess handbags for cheaper prices. Something is cheap and made in China not last long. I don't want to spend time going shopping and waste money to buy them over and over again.

The moment you saw the item and decided to buy and own it ,then it must have something special,so ,do not care where is it made,China,Italy,French,or anywhere else.If you like it and except the price,everything will be OK.

While I'm not anal about this most of the time, a purse that has a MADE IN ITALY on it is to "DIE FOR"!
Almost everything, even high-end so called "designer" clothings and accessories at place like Macys, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom, are made outside the U.S. these days. I don't really see what the "prestige" is about buying them is anymore.
Peopl are caring a lot less about what kind of handbag you are carrying than you think they are. Why not just buy a good leather bag from Penney's or something for about $25.00 and be done with it, since they're all made in the same places anyway! If it wears out, buy another.

HA! When was the last time you saw an actual leather bag fro $25. Bags under $70 are all made of plastic these days.
