So, got a question.

If a guy you're newly dating were to gift you beauty products/cosmetics/fragrance/oils/blah blah blah gifts, what would you prefer?

Educate some of us, clueless men. Could use this inside info for the rest of my life.

Don't forget the brands and if possible, brand comparisons, merits/demerits are much appreciated.

And let's assume the woman is a super-coquette, and will actually appreciate such thoughtful gifts.

Cosmetics and beauty items are personal to each woman. There is no "one size fits all". It all depends on the person.

If you can get in her bathroom and look at some of her perfumes, etc. you might get a better idea of what kind of scents she likes. As far as oils and things like that, vanilla is a decent go-to, but like I said fragrance is a very personal thing to most people.

This. Times a million.

For instance, last year I got this Sephora kit ((well, mine is slightly different since it was last year's holiday kit)). I loved it for its uses in costuming, but because I normally stick with one specific color of eyeshadow and no blush, I think my daughter (age 5) has gotten more use out of it.

Yeah right, last time I went to a woman's place, she didn't let me into her bathroom. Just kidding. She contained me in the living room, played xbox for an hour and kicked me out Not quite. I left myself Also becoz she has a beyotch of a room mate who does not appreciate noise.

You can comment on her perfume and ask what it is. Like, wow you smell so good! What perfume is that? Then you can't go wrong.

I manned up and asked her. She said I can accompany her in her shopping trip next week. I'm praying she drags me into a lingerie store

Antlered Chamataka meets the bras. Match made in heaven.

I'm afraid gifting a girl concealer would be a bad idea.

nail polish in a hot color can't harm I suppose.
